Darrell started with ITS as a Retail Sales Assistant, working in Walthamstow serving the trade and learning all the issues and problems Tradesmen and DIY users experience when buying tools. Over the years he has gained experience with all the tools, bags and accessories and tested the majority of our stock. Nowadays he spends most of his time researching tools, brands and products making sure they are a good fit, by testing and reviewing, ensuring that ITS creates product descriptions and categories that exactly what you need to see.
