If you have the M18 Batteries you are already in a good position to try the first and second fix nail guns. Both guns will be compatible with your M18 Batteries, Milwaukee also has specialist nail guns such as their M12 Palm nail gun and M12 Crown Stapler which run on M12 batteries for those more niche jobs.
Depending on your working conditions Battery operated Nail guns will also work much better than their gas counterpart as battery-powered power tools aren’t affected by temperature to the extent that gas is.

Milwaukee Second Fix Nail Guns
Milwaukee’s Second Fix nail guns are best suited for ‘softer’, delicate interior work or finishing work, this is why second fix nail guns are sometimes referred to as “finishing nail guns”. The nails tend to be a lot smaller and don’t leave a large footprint meaning they’re great for securing with a clean finish.
